What Customers Say About Carnival Games:

It's a shame because from the reviews I was expecting more, but I think this one will be traded in for something else real soon. Young children might enjoy this, but it's not for everyone. Me and my wife put in this game thinking it would be a fun and easy game to mess around on, but after playing each game on here.I'm done with it. It's not really fun to play let alone play it over and over again.

I love carnival games and, with the exception of whack-a-mole, this one has them all. .then this is the package for you. Hard core gamers will most likely get bored, but I love it. The carnies even make fun of you when you miss. Probably one of the most fun in my collection. Fun for single player but also entertaining to go head-to-head.

Perhaps older kids would have more fun with it.Once you begin to play, there is a lot of stop and go, and for the most part, there's more stopping than going. I just played this game with my five year old nephew and two friends. Though generally that doesn't effect the play of the game, it did cause at least one logistical problem. Hope this helps you figure out which group you're in before you buy it.

We restarted the game in "head-to-head mode," and found a bunch of games that we hadn't played. Now we were able to choose which games we played, and started enjoying it much more.I think this is just one of those games that some love, and some don't. We played about four rounds in competition mode (many of the games began repeating in each round) before the girls decided that playing dress up was a better way to spend the afternoon (and I had already started playing for one of the girls as she mostly watched) and left me and my nephew (who didn't really want to play anymore either) to play alone. In competition mode, the game selects five games for the players to compete in.

You do not get to pick hairstyles; there is only one standard hairstyle. Also much of the stopping and explaining can be skipped once you are familiar with the play for each game.I do recommend, if you do play this game, that you avoid playing in "competition mode," at least at the start. While it isn't a perfect game, it's not bad enough to discount altogether. The graphics left something to be desired, and seemed kind of creepy to me. But maybe that should be expected, considering they are carnival games.

This caused a lot of caused a lot of confusion to a game already a bit chaotic. Most of the games were a little difficult for the 4-5 year olds, and there's at least one that I still can't figure out. When creating your character (like creating a Mii), there aren't many choices. The two little friends we played were both blond girls and their two characters, despite having different outfits, in play, were hard to distinguish.

Ages 5 to 60 enjoyed it in our household. This Game was pretty much what I expected. Not action packed, but just basic carnival games for the whole family.

I would recommend this game to anyone who loves a night on the Boardwalk or at the Carnival. Gave this for a birthday gift to my future son-in-law, Both he and my daughter absolutely LOVE it. There is such a wide variety of games included, they look forward to sharing it with friends.
